您的配置表明telegrambot在端口 82 上。您可以通过 访问它http://telegrambot:82。或者，您应该将listen指令更改为端口 80。

解决了。原因是我没有将php-fpm包添加到我的配置文件中。（我用来安装 php-fpm 的 cmd => apt-get install php8.3-fpm）。
